Volunteers needed!

Additional volunteers are ALWAYS needed! Got a free morning or afternoon, or two? Weekly or monthly? Weekday or weekend, it doesn't matter. Consider helping us with one or more of the below jobs -- some physical, many not physical at all -- all very, very important in helping us get more animals the help they need.

Parent-child teams are welcome (kids learn so much by watching their parents give of their time and energies!). All kids under 16 must be accompanied by an adult volunteer at all times, unless exceptions are made by the C.A.R.S. Board of Directors.

Fill out and submit our volunteer application via the web or print it and send it by snail mail, then we'll call you shortly to schedule your first visit.
If you are under 16 years of age, be sure to list on your application which parent or family friend over 18 will be volunteering with you.

Fence Construction- To Ensure The Safety Of Our Outside Colony

Help Building Our Current Construction Projects

Basic Carpentry- Cat Enclosures and Perches
Painting
Electricians
Plumbers
Lumberjacks (Or Anyone Experienced in Tree Removal and Brush Clearing)

Yard Sale And Adopt-A-Thon Volunteers

Bakers for Bake Sales
Craft Makers and Gardeners for Farmer's Market Booth
